Course Overview

The program encompasses all essential aspects required for practitioners to function proficiently as commercial skin peeling experts, integrating a comprehensive understanding of a variety of advanced peel applications using Mesoestetic Peels. The mandatory unit involves providing Very Superficial – Superficial 40% depth chemical skin peeling treatment, adhering to regulations and safe practice protocols in line with the latest government guidelines using the Mesoesthetics Salicylic, Lactic, Mandelic and Glycolic. This qualification is specifically designed for practitioners holding a Level 3 Beauty specialist/Therapist or health practioner who aspire to expand their expertise. 

Course Details

Learners will be assessed based on the following criteria :

• Requirements : Level 3 beauty specialist / therapy qualification or health practioner.
• Case studies to be completed
• Assignments to be completed
• Examinations – Online theory MCQ & onsite practical.

Course Content

This qualification covers the basics of very superficial and superficial skin peels using Mesoesthetics. This qualification includes all the required elements to work effectively as a fully commercial skin peeling practitioner. Learners must achieve all mandatory units which include:

· Safety Considerations when providing skin peel treatments

· Relevance of anatomy, physiology and pathologies for skin peeling

· Understanding skin peeling treatments

· Mesoesthetic peel up to 40% depth using salicylic, glycolic, Lactic, and Mandelic

· Consultation, planning and preperation for treatment

· Proficient delivery of skin peel treatments.

Course duration:

This course is on one day a week for five weeks, 10am – 4pm.

Starting- 8th September

**Option to combine with ITEC Level 5 Skin peels extra 3 days.

The primary purpose of this qualification is to prepare learners for employment in the advanced non-medical aesthetic industry providing skin peeling techniques. Additionally, learners may choose to further develop their knowledge and skills by completing supplementary specialist qualifications at level 4 in one or more of the following areas:
