 Course Overview 

The program encompasses all essential aspects required for practitioners to function proficiently as commercial skin peeling experts, integrating a comprehensive understanding of a variety of advanced peel applications using Mesoestetic Peels. The mandatory unit involves providing Very superficial, Superficial & Medium depth chemical skin peeling treatments, adhering to regulations and safe practice protocols in line with the latest government guidelines using the Mesoesthetics modified jessner, TCA and 6 layer peel – dermalan and layering techniques. This qualification is specifically designed for practitioners holding a Level 3 qualification, who aspire to expand their expertise.

Course contents  

The ITEC Level 6 qualification in Skin Peeling focuses on five learning outcomes: 

• LO1 Know the relevant anatomy, physiology and pathologies for advanced chemical
  skin peeling
• LO2 Understand the safety considerations when providing advanced chemical skin
  peeling treatments
• LO3 Understand how to provide advanced chemical skin peeling treatments
• LO4 Be able to analyse the uses, limitations, benefits and effects of a range of
  advanced chemical skin peeling products
• LO5 Be able to consult, plan and prepare for advanced chemical skin peeling
  treatments
• LO6 Be able to provide advanced chemical skin peeling procedures
• LO7 Be able to reflect on advanced chemical skin peeling treatments 

 Course Duration  

This course is one day a week on a Sunday for 6 weeks, 10am-4pm
